Hitech Company Launching HTPXI3730 / HTPCI3730 100MSPS AWG

Hitech Company launched HTPXI3730 / HTPCI3730 AWG based on PXI/PCI bus, whose highest sampling frequency is 100MSPS and maximum sine output frequency is 40MHz, and additionally, it possesses high-speed and large-capacity onboard buffer as much as 256MB. Due to such excellent properties, the product can be applied for measurement in various industries like electronics, military field, aerospace, semiconductor, medical facilities, etc.

The high-speed large-capacity 256MB DDR onboard buffer provides HTPXI3730 / HTPCI3730 AWG with unparalleled waveform storage capacity. During the automatic test application for multiple tests, the users don’t need to download waveform sequence data for each test, but only need to download all the test sequence data into the DDR high-speed storage device once and for all at the beginning of the test, and as a result, users are only required to download once the waveform sequence when conducting multiple tests one time. Compared with the requirement that the waveform sequence need to be downloaded for each test, HTPXI3730 / HTPCI3730 AWG can save significantly the test time and improve test efficiency thanks to its high-speed large-capacity technology.

HTPXI3730 / HTPCI3730 AWG has flexible optional sampling clock source, in which the high-speed DDS can provide clock with resolution being 1μHz. Additionally, the 16bit high-accuracy output signal with stable, accurate and pure vertical resolution plus rich PFI interfaces enables the users to customize signals of output triggering, interior sampling clock, PLL reference clock, etc. through PFI interfaces while utilizing the superior functions of HTPXI3730 / HTPCI3730 AWG at the same time. The convenient PFI interface realizes easy and quick integration of HTPXI3730 / HTPCI3730 AWG into the test system.

HTPXI3730 / HTPCI3730 AWG can offer soft panel program of powerful function which enables the users to edit arbitrary waveform quickly and easily by using its waveform editing function.
